Returns

Please choose carefully and check your order thoroughly before proceeding, as we are not obliged for provide refunds for change of mind reasons or reasons of consumer purchasing error. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you have chosen is suitable for the purpose for which you propose to use it.

Please check products that you receive thoroughly as soon as received and ensure that all components and parts you have ordered are included.

All of our printing and signage products are custom printed with artwork which the customer approves prior to printing, so please check your order and artwork very carefully. It is important to note that the colours in the artwork proof displayed on your screen are not accurate and will display differently on different computer screens, and colours will print differently on different printers and materials. So if a particular colour is important for customer, we require a Pantone (PMS) colour code provided prior to the artwork proof being approved, so we can do our best to achieve closet possible colour match.

Any product are found to be defective within the warranty period, we ask that the customer email us immediately with photos and description of the problem and we will make every effort reach a fast and mutually agreeable solution. Or offer a refund for any faulty or damaged goods.

If we are notified within 15 days of the goods receiving by customer, we will arrange and pay for return of goods for repair, then return them at no cost to customer. Or replace the goods at no cost to the customer.

If we are notified later than 15 days of the goods being received by customer, we require customer to return the goods to us, and we will then repair or replace the goods and return them at no cost to customer.

We will not be liable for any associated costs incurred by the customer as a result of a warranty claim. This includes but not limit to the cost of the installing the signage that is the subject of the warranty claim. So it is essential that all signages carefully inspected at the time of receiving, and approved or rejected by the customer prior to the customer arranging installation of the signage.

Refunds are not offered for custom printed products.
